Kathleen has a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University. She has led projects in Indonesia, Brazil, Angola, Italy, Spain, Croatia, New Zealand and Portugal, among others. She speaks Arabic well and is fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese.
